2. Drink 1.5-2L a day

 

It will not just help you get hydrated but even helps you feel full all the time, in that way you eat lesser food. In addition to that, it can even help to make your skin look healthy.

 

3. Create a workout routine

 

It could be in the gym or home workout but make sure that you have a routine to follow each week.

 

4. Walk 6k-12k steps

 

Most of us don’t want to do all the hard routines we saw on Youtube, but there is an effective way to lose fats and lose weight, by simply walking for an hour or 6k to 12k steps. This will help you burn fat in all areas of your body.

 

5. Count calories

 

No matter how much you do exercises a day, you can still gain weight by eating too many calories that is why it is important to count the calories you are going to take. This will help you maintain your average calorie intake a day.

 

These are just some of the basic baby steps you can follow while starting your fitness journey, but always remember that you are handsome are beautiful no matter what size you are.
