Personally, this one is one of the most helpful things to do to make yourself calm. Know what you feel and acknowledge how you feel, no matter how small or big you think it is, it’s very important to make your feeling valid. Do not deny anything just because you think it’s not a big deal, acknowledging your feelings is the first step in making yourself feel better.

          4. Write Journal

Sometimes when there are too many thoughts that keep up in our minds, it’s better to write them down. Whatever comes into your mind, write it down. It is like an intrapersonal communication that will help you understand yourself better and even helps you how to deal with those thoughts.

            5. Talk to someone you trust

Honestly speaking, the best way to lessen the burden is to talk to someone. Someone who understands and acknowledges what you feel will make you feel better knowing that someone understands you and you feel less alone. Opening up helps to lessen the burden you’re carrying, also this will help you understand your situation from a different perspective.
